*If you are scheduling for you and your child, you will need to make SEPARATE appointments for you and your child.  This will allow us to reserve the proper amount of time needed to thoroughly meet the needs of you and your child.

Cancellation Policy
When you schedule your appointment, we block out at least an hour of our schedule to do our best to provide you with the personal attention you deserve.  Late cancellations and no-shows are inconvenient for the salon as well as other clients who may be looking for the opportunity to receive services.  To recover some of the lost revenue from untimely cancellations, we will assess a $15 fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice.  We will assess a fee of $25 for no-shows.  ***Fees will be $75 and $125 respectively for Brazilian Blowout appointments as we block at least 2 hours to provide you with our undivided attention.
